FullDescription

At SalarO we have done considerable work in developing modules for DNN that can communicate with the growing number of Smartphones coming to the market. Here we have the iPhone App & an accompanied DNN Module to make life easy for a busy shop owner on the move to check portal/Catalook activities. Additional optimized small screen browser data is through the store activity checker Module. This will makes it easy to check the store purchases with a single click and do necessary action whilst on the move. These are the tasks we tried to address:

  1. Custom Mobile DNN module to publish the portal activity & then it is placed on a typical portal page.
  2. An iPhone app that its task is to subscribe to the web service and display the result.
  3. A further interaction with the portal is done through optimized skin for mobile devices and the Custom Mobile DNN Module.

All the features & details listed in the catalook admin page are made available to the iPhone/iPod App. Additional feature that are optimized for iphone/ipod screens through an store activity checker application, will makes easy for you to check the store purchases by a single click like any other web application for iphone/ipod.

SalarO iPhone iPod Plans

Here at SalarO, during this February we plan to produce a iPhone & iPod Touch Optimized version of SalarO.com - During the first week of this project we produced a skin optimized for iPhone and iPod Touch as well as finding the methods to show the page correctly on iPhone screen and be able to deal with rotational aspect of the screen going from vertically held to horizontal.

Please check out this site in your iPod Touch or iPhone and we will enhance it during this month’s to show the possibilities. We will also show you how we can help you develop a store module that can look good both here on iPhone or the regular browsers.

During the next few weeks we will also bring in the store at salaro.com and show you how the experience can be as good as doing it on salaro.com. The effort is to optimize the site so to ensure that the micro-site works well on WiFi, G3 and Edge network.
